Terms & Conditions (aka How to Not Be Weird on My Site)

  • Welcome Aboard

  • By visiting or using Connect-Craft.com, you're basically saying: "Yeah, cool, I’ve read this and I’m okay with it."

  • This site is built, maintained and occasionally stared at by me — owner of Connect-Craft.com.

  • Don’t like the rules? No drama. Just close the tab and move on with your life.

What This Site Is (And Isn’t)

  • This is a blog. A home for nerdy deep-dives into welding, riveting, gluing, soldering, and other glorious material-joining magic.
  • You’re expected to be cool — follow the law, don’t hack, don’t spam, and don’t try to break stuff.
  • I might change the site, take stuff down, or add new things without notice. Think of it as a workbench — always evolving.

Ownership of the Good Stuff

  • All content here — articles, graphics, logos, etc. — belongs to me (or legally obtained third-party stuff).
  • Don’t steal it.
  • You can quote, share, or link — especially if you credit the source. But wholesale copying? Nope.
  • Want to use something commercially or extensively? Email me and ask nicely.

No Promises, No Guarantees

  • I try to make everything accurate, but this isn’t NASA. Stuff may be outdated, simplified, or just plain wrong (rare, but hey, I’m human).
  • I’m not liable for anything that happens if you try to, say, glue an airplane wing based on one of my blog posts.
  • Clicking on external links? That’s on you. I link because something looked cool — not because I vouch for every line of someone else’s site.

Privacy and Cookies

  • I respect your privacy. I don’t collect much. See the full Privacy Policy for the details.
  • This site uses cookies — mostly for stats and functionality.
  • By using the site, you agree to all of that.

Updates to This Page

  • I might change these Terms from time to time. No fireworks, just updates.
  • If you keep using the site after changes, it means you're cool with the new version. Easy.

  1. Legal Stuff
  • These Terms follow Irish law (because that’s where this is registered).
  • If something serious comes up, it’ll be handled in the courts of Galway, Ireland. But let’s hope it never gets that dramatic.

Got Questions?

  • Shoot me a message at: craftconnector@gmail.com
  • Seriously — if you’ve read this far, you deserve a reply.

TL;DR:

Be respectful. Don’t steal stuff. Use your brain. This site is built on curiosity, not fine print — let’s keep it that way.
