Privacy Policy

(aka What I Know About You – and Why)

What’s This All About?

Yep, this is a privacy policy. Because legally, I have to.

Connect-Craft.com plays by the rules (GDPR and all that jazz – seriously).

By using this site, you agree to the stuff written here. But don’t worry – it’s not Matrix-level legal talk.

What Data Do I Collect? (Spoiler: not much)

Only the basics, like:

if you contact me through a form,

if you leave a comment (if I ever turn that on),

if Google Analytics tracks traffic (numbers, not souls).

This might include:

Name or nickname,

Email address (if you type it in),

IP address and browser info (because Google loves stats).

Sharing your info is optional – but some features may not work without it.

Why Do I Even Need This?

Because a blog without some order is like a welder with no power.

Data is used to:

reply to your messages (if you send any),

show your comment (again, if that’s ever active),

check site traffic and see if I’m writing into the void.

I don’t do marketing or newsletters unless you clearly say yes. No spam here.

Who Sees Your Info?

Your data may be shared only with:

the hosting provider (so the site exists),

Google Analytics (to see if someone’s reading besides bots).

If required by law – yeah, I’ll cooperate with the authorities. But only then.

How Long Do I Keep It?

As long as needed:

messages – until the convo ends,

comments – as long as the site is live (or until you delete them),

stats – as long as Google allows.

After that, your data gets deleted or turned into anonymous digital ghosts.

Your Rights (Yes, You’ve Got 'Em)

You can:

access your data,

fix it,

ask to delete it,

limit how it’s used,

move it elsewhere,

object to it being used,

withdraw consent (if that’s what it’s based on).

Cookies (Not the Chocolate Kind)

This site uses cookies ? Really ? – to make it work, to measure traffic, and to improve stuff. I don't know even what is that mean ...

Some cookies come from third-party tools (like Google Analytics).

You can manage them in your browser settings. Or just ignore and grab a real cookie.

Changes

I might update this policy from time to time. I’ll post a new version here. No drama, no hidden stuff.
